Today and yesterday we reviewed our benchmark exams. We also began our first section of the Reformation unit (18.1). Our homework is to complete a 5-4-3-2-1 and a unit cover page for the reformation. For the unit cover page I now want the students to explain why they drew each picture on the back side of the cover page.

Today we discussed and learned about artists and authors of the Renaissance period. The PPT will be uploaded to my file cabinet for any of you who were absent. We watched the BrainPop video on William Shakespeare. Lastly, our homework was to find a piece of renaissance art and write a paragraph on it. An example about the Mona Lisa has been uploaded to the file cabinet as well.

Today we took our vocab quiz for the Renaissance unit. If you were absent you will make it up on Tuesday. We finished our video on Leonardo da Vinci and worked on level 10 for our Levels Project.
